YUC. HTZXBY2-1 Intelligent Double-linked Fine-grained Soil Water Head Pressure Meter

 I. Overview

YUC.HTZXBY2-1 type osmometer is a new multi-purpose test suit using pure pressure to apply consolidation pressure and osmotic pressure. The instrument has compact and reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient use and no impact force.This instrument can carry out consolidation penetration test under different consolidation pressure conditions, and because of the different permeability properties of soil, especially the small permeability coefficient of clay soil, it takes a long time or even a few days to complete a permeability test under normal conditions, so we add a special sensor to achieve the improvement of head gradient to accelerate the seepage, greatly shorten the permeability time and improve the working efficiency.The instrument is suitable for clayey soil and silty soil, and can simultaneously determine the permeability coefficient, consolidation coefficient and compressibility of soil. This provides a very good instrument platform for teaching and scientific research production.

Key technical indicators:

II. Performance characteristics:

• With the function of water level calibration, the general network data transmission interface can adjust the acquisition interval by itself, each channel can be started or stopped separately, and the data can be recorded automatically, and up to 30,000 records can be stored per channel.
• High precision pressure sensor is used for automatic measurement
• Water head measuring pipe water injection, water discharge have special valves and pipes, no need to design and install separately
• Self-weight stresses or different consolidation pressures can be applied to soil samples
• Routine consolidation tests and pre-consolidation pressure determination of shallow soils may be carried out if necessary
